No Tigers privacy policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

In short: No Tigers collects nothing. Everything it measures stays on your phone. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and the app doesn't connect to the internet.

What the app measures

To show your heart rhythm, No Tigers reads the timing of your heartbeats, from a heart-rate strap you connect or from your fingertip over the phone's camera. From these it keeps your readings and sessions. It also keeps anything you add yourself: notes, tags, ratings and HRV checks.

Where it's kept

Only on your phone, in the app's own storage. It's left out of iCloud and computer backups unless you choose to include it (Settings → History → Include in iPhone backups). The app doesn't connect to the internet. We, the developer, never receive any of your data and couldn't see it if we wanted to.

The camera

When you measure with your fingertip, the app looks only at the colour of each camera frame, to find your pulse. No picture or video is saved or sent anywhere.

Bluetooth

Bluetooth is used only to connect to your heart-rate strap and receive your heartbeat from it.

Sharing

Your data only leaves the app if you choose Export in Settings. That hands a file to your phone's share sheet, and where it goes from there is up to you.

Choosing what's kept, and deleting it

Children

No Tigers isn't directed at children and collects no information from anyone.

Not medical advice

No Tigers is for relaxation and breathing practice. It isn't a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
