If something isn't working

It helps to say:

• your phone or Mac, and its system version;
• whether you were using a heart-rate strap (and which one) or the phone's camera;
• what you expected, and what happened instead.

The app keeps nothing on any server, so we can't see your readings. If a reading would help, you can choose to export it from Settings and attach it.
